1. Short, easy treatment: One of the great features of CoolSculpting is it takes only about an hour to complete while you lie back and relax. This makes it easy to fit in to your busy schedule, especially around holiday events. The CoolMini applicator is smaller than the CoolSculpting applicators used on the abdomen and legs. However, the process is the exact same, effectively freezing fat cells in the treated area. After being exposed to the cold temperature, the fat cells die off, and the body metabolizes them.
2. No downtime: Many patients are concerned that having cosmetic treatments around the holidays will prevent them from spending time with family and friends. Luckily, the CoolSculpting treatment is completely non-invasive, so you’ll be able to return to your daily activities immediately after the treatment ends. Some patients have experienced minor bruising and discomfort in the treated area, but it did not prevent them from engaging in a normal routine.
