Cash

You may bring cash to pay for your surgery. However, you will not receive a discount for paying cash.

Cashier’s Check

We do not accept personal checks, however, we do accept cashier checks. The cashier’s check should be made out to St. Louis Cosmetic Surgery.

Credit Cards

Our office accepts American Express, MasterCard, and Visa credit cards as forms of payment.

Financing

We also offer financing options through PatientFi, Prosper Healthcare Lending, and Care Credit. You can apply below. Care Credit offers:

  • 6 months at 0% interest
  • 24 months at 14.9% interest
  • 36 months at 15.9% interest

Do We Accept Insurance?

No, since our office offers strictly elective cosmetic procedures, we do not accept insurance of any kind.

Can Someone Else Pay For My Surgery?

You may have someone else pay for your surgery but you must have our “Proof of Authorization” forms filled out prior to payment. After completion of these forms, you will need to send in a photo of the persons’ drivers license along with a picture of the credit card that’s being used for payment.

When Is My Payment Due?

Your payment is due for your pre-op three days in advance.
